In collaboration with Leimert Park community activist and filmmaker Ben Caldwell & KAOS Network, as well as automotive designer Retro Poblano, this represents the first in a series of class workshops to develop a method and prototype for a last mile shuttle to be deployed in Leimert Park for the upcoming World Cup and Olympics. 

The images below reflect my prototype design which is meant to be ornamented, constructed, and operated by people in the neighborhood as part of the community tech incubator. Utilizing a prebuilt platform or sled, such as those available from Polaris or Tesla, the high tech manufacturing can be outsourced, while the bodywork, operation, maintenance, and programming can be community driven.
