During my time as Program Architect for the Modular Freestanding Emergency Department program, I worked on the development of the V2 series, and successfully coordinated and implemented the design, manufacture, construction and permitting of six V2 Emergency Departments. V2 was specifically enhanced for additional airborne infection isolation control. From my start in the program, to the end of my employment at BLOX when I left for graduate school, we redesigned the program to accommodate the new layout, and deployed these redesigned 11,500 sf freestanding emergency department facilities in states from Florida to Nevada. In addition to the six built projects, we tested sites for the viability of construction for an additional 24, and guided the program to long term profitability, and increased construction speed from previous iterations.
