PDG evaluated the feasibility of reusing the existing Camillus and North Area Maintenance Facilities by considering a combination of demolitions, renovations, and additions so that operations can be effectively serviced from both locations. As a continuation of the study, this project involves the design of additions and alterations to over 220,000 square feet of county highway and equipment facilities. This included substantial product research for ideal high performance concrete additives and composition as well as a complete review of every project detail and specification to phase out a range of products and materials for regulatory changes our client was subject to, as well as the integration of last-minute alternates.
